    Cancellations are accepted if requested within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be accommodated due to the custom nature of the products.

  • Returns and Exchanges:
    Please refer to the specific item details for information regarding return and exchange eligibility. As most products are personalized, returns are generally not accepted, but exchanges may be offered in case of issues with your order.

     

3. Customization and Special Orders

  • Personalization:
    Personalization options (such as adding names or short phrases) are available on most items. Please include your personalization request at checkout.

  • Custom Orders:
    Custom orders are welcome. If you have a unique idea or specific design requirements, contact us to discuss details, including materials, colors, and estimated turnaround times.
