Shipping Policy

All items are handmade to order and shipped from Poland (postal code 00-871). Below you’ll find information about my processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping fees.

Processing Time

Each item is crafted with care. Standard processing time is 1 to 7 business days before dispatch.

For personalized, customized, or bulk orders, processing may take longer, depending on the complexity and volume. If your order requires extra time, I will notify you with an updated estimated shipping date.

Please also note that during busy seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Destinations & Costs

I currently ship worldwide. The shipping fee depends on the destination and is calculated at checkout. Below are the current flat-rate shipping prices:

  • Poland: €2.99 (1–3 business days)

  • Germany: €6.99 (4–8 business days)

  • European Union: €7.99 (3–10 business days)

  • United Kingdom: €7.99 (7–21 business days)

  • United States: €7.99 (7–24 business days)

  • Japan: €8.49 (7–24 business days)

  • Everywhere else: €15.99 (7–21 business days)

There is no additional charge for extra items in the same order.

Shipping prices reflect postage and the cost of secure packaging to protect delicate handmade items.

Delivery Times

All delivery times are approximate and calculated in business days. Once the package leaves my studio, I cannot control delays caused by postal services or customs, especially for international shipments.

Buyers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking

Tracking may be available depending on the shipping method. If included, I’ll send the tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer may need to cover the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If you believe your order is delayed or lost, feel free to contact me. I will work with the postal service to locate the shipment. If the parcel is confirmed lost, I will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
