Welcome to ArtByFink. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. About Me

ArtByFink is a one-person business based in Poland. I create and sell handmade and custom-made decorative items, primarily using epoxy resin, dried flowers, and other artistic materials.

2. Custom Orders

Most items in my shop are made to order and personalized. By placing an order, you understand that:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece

  • Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the product and current order volume

  • Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation or return once production has started

For large or business-to-business orders, I provide design previews before starting the production. Once approved, the order is binding.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. I reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment is required in full at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are listed during checkout and processed through secure third-party systems.

4. Shipping and Delivery

I ship orders worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.

While I do my best to meet stated delivery times, I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, or other external factors.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer may be required to pay for reshipping.

5. Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply in their country. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of my products, cancellations and returns are not accepted after an order is placed.
I may offer an exchange in certain cases. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including product designs, photographs, logos, and texts – is the intellectual property of ArtByFink and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products. All items are for decorative use only and should be handled with care.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the ordering process is used only to process and ship your order, or to contact you if needed. For more information, please see the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Polish consumer protection regulations.
