Because every item is handmade specifically for you, I do not accept returns or cancellations. However, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and shipped back in its original packaging (buyer pays return postage).

Wipe clean with a soft cloth and mild soap—no abrasive cleaners. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight or temperatures above 120 °F / 49 °C to prevent warping. Not dishwasher‑safe. Store flat or in the included cotton pouch to avoid scratches. A quick buff with a microfiber cloth restores the high‑gloss finish whenever needed.
